A first place award and honor was given to eleventh grade student, Jessica Bastida, for her painting called "Pencil to Paper".  Bastida, a student of Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Performing Arts, received her award with pleasure and pride at the Young Artists Exhibit at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem this past Friday. Promoting nature and the outdoors to our school children has become a passion for school teacher, Sue Raab.  For the seventh year in a row, Sue and her helpers took 28 preschoolers to her backyard nature lesson!  The class took a quarter-mile walk from St. Anne's to Sue's backyard where the children learned about ducks, rabbits, dogs, and fish. Emmaus High School Alumni Soccer Players Give Back

Emmaus High School Alumni players of classes 1971-2013 showed up to play a soccer game to raise money for a scholarship developed by the soccer alumni, class of 1989.  This past November's game raised $3000 that was given to a deserving senior soccer player.
