We are looking for two full-time agents to join our Team: a Buyer Specialist and a Listing Specialist.
This is an excellent long term opportunity for dynamic and highly-motivated individuals to join the #1 Keller Williams Team in the Lehigh Valley.

- Ready and willing to commit to 3 hours of daily lead generation and follow up
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Phenomenal follow up and phone skills are a must!
- High Level of Attention to Detail, Creativity, & exceptional Problem Solving skills
- Learning Based – Absolute dedication to self-improvement through education, coaching, and accountability
- Team Oriented Philosophy
- Current real estate license with 1-3 years experience for the Buyer’s Specialist & 3-5 years experience for the Listing Specialist – individuals with equivalent years of sales experience will also be considered
- Local knowledge of the Lehigh Valley
- An impeccable reputation for integrity in the real estate community
- A deep passion for service and success
- An outgoing personality; personable and comfortable with meeting new people & networking
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Proficiency with Computers
- Must have Long term Real Estate Goals
- The Agents will be responsible for sales negotiations, showing homes, holding Open Houses, attending meetings, client communications and contracts.
Because of the amount of business we have coming in, we are seeking career-minded professionals. This is NOT a part time position. You MUST be willing to work some nights and weekends.
